1. Introduction

Welcome to No Limit Auto Body Specialist. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide car body repairs, structural chassis alignment, airbag replacement and SRS system repair, electronic module coding and programming, and related automotive repair services. All repairs are carried out to manufacturer standards using approved methods and equipment.

3. Non-Fault Claims

For non-fault claims processed through our claims partner, the following terms apply:

• No upfront cost to you — all costs are recovered from the at-fault insurer
• A courtesy car is provided throughout the duration of your repair
• Your No Claims Bonus is fully protected
• Your excess is recovered as part of the claim process
• Claims are managed on your behalf by our appointed claims partner

4. Private Repairs

For private (non-insurance) repairs, the following terms apply:

• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Payment terms will be agreed in writing before any work commences
• All completed work carries a parts and labour warranty — ask us for details specific to your repair

5. Estimates

All estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. If additional damage is discovered during the repair process, we will contact you for written or verbal approval before proceeding with any additional work. We will not carry out unapproved work.

6. Payment

For private repairs, payment in full is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing prior to commencement. We reserve the right to retain the vehicle until payment is received.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a booked repair before work has commenced without charge. If parts have already been ordered specifically for your repair, you may be liable for the cost of those parts. We will inform you of any such costs before confirming your booking.

8. Liability

We take every care in handling your vehicle. However, No Limit Auto Body Specialist is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not related to the agreed repair
• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the repair carried out
• Loss or damage resulting from events beyond our reasonable control
• Any indirect or consequential losses

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter:

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them promptly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
